How do I clean and maintain my Yogibo furniture?
Most Yogibo products feature a removable, machine-washable outer cover. simply unzip the cover, wash it in cold water with similar colors, and tumble dry on low heat. This process also helps the fabric shrink back to its original tight fit.
What is the shipping policy for oversized items?
Due to their size, many of our lounge products are shipped via specialized carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Will my Yogibo lose its shape over time?
Our products are filled with special friction-less beads that adapt to your body. Over time and with heavy use, these beads may compress. We offer 'Refill Beads' on our site so you can restore your furniture to its original firmness whenever needed.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in new condition. Please note that due to the size and nature of our products, return shipping fees apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Yogibo furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering the seams and zippers of the cover. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the compression of the filling beads.
Are Yogibo products safe for children and pets?
Safety is our priority. Our covers are durable and our zippers are child-proof to prevent accidental access to the filling. However, we recommend supervising small children and keeping pets with sharp claws away from the fabric to prevent punctures.
