We want you to love your Yogibo as much as we do, which is why we offer a 365-day warranty on our seams and zippers along with a 14-day return window for new, unused products. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place your items back into their original Yogibo boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in like-new condition.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee for non-defective items.
